FAQ's

1. I thought website design was expensive, why are you so affordable?

Website design use to be expensive up until a few years ago because sites had to be built using code. This took considerable time. Modern software allows sites to be built much faster, we pass these savings on to you, simple as that.

2. Can I see the design while my website is under development?

Yes! Once the design for the main page has been completed it will be uploaded to our server for your approval. After approval the rest of website will be developed. While the site is being designed you will be able to request changes to layout, images, colours and text at no charge.

3. How long will the design of my website take?

Obviously this depends on the size of your site, but as a rule most sites have a working draft uploaded within 2 - 3 days, with the completed site usually ready in a week.

4. If I need  my website updated can you do this and do you charge?

Yes we can do this, and no we do not charge, unlike most of our competitors.

5. After my site has been designed what additional charges are there?

Your website design includes everything you need for a whole year. After this you will just need to renew your hosting (either with us or you are free to find another hosting company) You will also have to renew your domain name every 2 years for co.uk, this is free of charge when linked to our hosting.

6. I am a charity or Good cause do you offer any special rates? Yes we do, we provide an allocation of free websites and hosting to worthy causes every year. Please note you will be heavily vetted for this, only the most worthwhile causes will be approved.
